At lynza, every order keeps a road home. This policy explains the free 30-day returns, the refund timeline, and the rules that hold them together.
The Promises We Hold
- 30 calendar days from delivery to return, entirely free;
- Return postage and restocking fees: not charged here;
- Refunds arrive in 3-7 business days;
- Sales tax, VAT, and customs duties: recorded on our sheet, never yours.
Thirty Days, Measured From Arrival
The window opens on the delivery date and runs 30 calendar days. Any request inside it sends the item back free.
Return-Friendly Condition
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed;
- Original packaging, tags, and every accessory intact;
- An order number or another proof of purchase at hand.
Outside the Return Circle
- Gift cards;
- Goods sold as "Final Sale" or "Clearance";
- Custom-made or personalized pieces;
- Items damaged through misuse after delivery.
The Return, Laid in Four Stages
- Stage one: the email. Your order number and reason go to .
- Stage two: the confirmation. Within 24-48 hours we verify eligibility and reply with prepaid return instructions and a label.
- Stage three: the handoff. Pack the item securely and give it to the carrier.
- Stage four: the refund underway. It begins at the carrier's first scan — warehouse arrival never holds it up.
One Pause Before the Post Box
Ship nothing until our reply lands. Parcels sent unarranged cannot be matched to an order and may forfeit their refund.
Refunds, Drawn to Scale
The Standard Arrival
Approved refunds return to your original payment method, normally within 3-7 business days; a few banks post a touch slower.
Taxes: Recorded on Our Sheet
Sales tax, VAT, and customs duties — on orders, returns, or refunds — never reach lynza customers. We carry the whole load.
A Credit Not Yet Home?
Seven business days past approval, nothing showing?
- Read your bank or card statement once more;
- Ask your bank whether the credit is pending;
- Email and we will begin the trace.
Routes Other Than a Return
Another Version of the Item
Need a different size or color? Order fresh and return the original — quickest — or request a direct exchange, arranged free once your return is approved.
When the Delivery Misses Its Word
Damaged, faulty, or plainly wrong? Photo plus order number within 7 days of delivery, then your pick: free replacement or full refund. Usually nothing travels back.
Stopping It Before the Road
Cancel any time before the carrier collects for a complete refund. After dispatch, the 30-day return above takes over.
